We are glad to offer you the following delivery options:
REGISTERED AIRMAIL – FREE*
*With us, you get free international shipping on orders over 30 EUR. For purchases below this amount, the shipping fee is only EUR 3. To deliver your order, we will use trackable registered airmail. In most cases, it means you will get a notification through a local posting service that your package has arrived and you will have to pick it up. Depending on the destination country, the delivery time might vary from 3-8 days throughout Europe to 15-30 days to other parts of the world. Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information.
DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- FREE delivery for orders above EUR 200.
- Depending on the destination country, delivery 1-5 day when you order before CET 14:00 , Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout when you have entered a delivery address
- Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information that also includes expected delivery date

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have a possibility to return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders shall be returned by sending them back to the following address: Ozolciema str. 14 k-1 - 98, Riga, Latvia, LV-1058 without undue delay but not later than within two weeks of the refund request being made. We have the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in a saleable condition.
All orders which are returned should be sent back to us suitably packaged. To speed up the return process, invoice or order information must be enclosed. Products that are damaged due to insufficient protection may be charged a renewal fee of up to 10% of the total price of item(s). Footwear and other items packed in the product packaging box, must be returned in sufficient packaging for added protection. Courier/postage label must not be applied directly to the original product packaging (e.g courier label applied to footwear box).
Postage costs must be paid by you for any items returned to us. We advise that you use a recorded method of carriage for returning your items. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed on their way back to us. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim.
In the case of faulty goods, or goods which have been sent incorrectly, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs.
