ORDERING

By completing personal data on our website, you agree to their processing on the terms as defined in the Privacy Policy. When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After you place an order over the Website, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgment of your order which will detail the products ordered, payment method and shipping cost. You have to check that all information on this confirmation email is correct and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any incorrect detail.

Until the payment is made, you can cancel your order by terminating the ordering process and leaving the Website. An order the placement of which has not been completed will not be processed.

Please note that your order makes up only an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until we accept it. A binding contract is formed when the items you have ordered have been despatched. In the event that an item you have ordered is not accepted, we will let you know as soon as we can and, where payment has already been made, make a refund to your payment method without undue delay.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit card, payment through Paypal and payment via bank transfer. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.

Payments for all orders are taken on dispatch of goods and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer. By submitting your order on the Website, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.

PRICING

Prices on our Website are shown in the currency you have chosen in the Webpage settings. UK & EU pricing is displayed with tax included. For orders delivered to countries outside EU You may have to pay import duties or sales taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

We hold the right to adjust prices and offers at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

We do our best to make sure that prices are displayed correctly on the Website but from time to time an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price immediately and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will at our discretion cancel your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. 

STOCK

All goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation is paid in such cases but you will be contacted by us as soon as possible and reimbursed for the full cost of the order if payment has been taken by us.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices of products showing on the website are correct at the time they are published on the website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.

The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Product details displayed on your individual device may vary slightly from the actual product. The packaging of the product may also vary from any that is shown in images on the website.

DELIVERY, CANCELATION, RETURNS

We will deliver you package according to the delivery method you choose. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

Where applicable you can cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel your order prior to despatch we advise that you contact us as soon as possible after ordering. For orders canceled after despatch, you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs. 

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have a possibility to return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders shall be returned by sending them back to the following address: Ozolciema str. 14 k-1 - 98, Riga, Latvia, LV-1058 without undue delay but not later than within two weeks of the refund request being made. We have the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in a saleable condition.

All orders which are returned should be sent back to us suitably packaged. To speed up the return process, invoice or order information must be enclosed. Products that are damaged due to insufficient protection may be charged a restocking fee of up to 10% of the total price of item(s). Footwear and other items packed in the product packaging box, must be returned in sufficient packaging for added protection. Courier/postage label must not be applied directly to the product packaging (e.g courier label applied to footwear box).

It is your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any items returned to us. We advise that you use a recorded method of carriage for returning your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed on their way back to us. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim. 

In the case of faulty goods, or goods which have been sent incorrectly, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs.

GOVERNED LAW

Without prejudice to the application of the mandatory consumer protection provisions and consumer statutory rights, these Terms and Conditions, their subject and their information, are governed by Latvian law. A friendly mutual solution through an ombudsman system will be considered before any judicial means. If no solution is reached, the Latvian courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute.
